About
I'm Brian Landrigan.
Fifteen years in outdoor industry marketing, mostly on the hardgoods side — helmets, racks, skis. Founded the Midwest Ski Film Festival in college, ran marketing at Bern Helmets through the early social era, spent four years as a brand and field rep at Yakima building partnerships with auto and outdoor brands across North America, and have led marketing for Fischer Sports US since 2018. The work has covered most of what marketing actually is: brand strategy, athlete and content programs, e-commerce launches, brand partnerships, event production, GTM.
Bran Lan has a Plan is the consulting practice I run alongside the day job, in my off-season. Most independent businesses can't justify the cost of senior marketing leadership — but they need it just as much as the brands that can. Modern AI tools, used responsibly, change that math. They let one experienced person do work that used to take a team. That's the reason I can take on a few small businesses each year and bring real strategic depth to budgets that make sense for them.
